Maintenance and the carmin staff are friendly and respond quickly. The complex if also well maintained and clean. The only thing that sucks is that ppl are always at honey to a bee and come in and sit by the mail area

living at the carmin has been fine. A lot of issues within the apartment itself toilet has overfilled several times dryer machine continuously does not work power will go off occasionally and need to re set breaker typically every day. Besides that it has been good.

It’s been nice living here I just wish they had a coffee bar and that the hot tub was a bit warmer I think the heater does not work as well as it used to.

The only way I could do that was if you wanted me too I could come and pick it out and then I can go pick up it from your place or you could just pick me out of there or you could pick me
I can come pick you out and then you could pick me out at your place if that’s easier than it is for you and I’ll just go ahead with that if that’s easier and I will be home in time for your house

I like how close it is to campus and that the streetcar is right infront of the apartment. That makes it much easier to travel to and from campus.
