This place has a great location and potential but due to cutting corners and understaffing, this place is unsafe, unhealthy and been a nightmare to live in.

Leasing office staff is fantastic.
Great people and very friendly.
Unit themselves are not well maintained.
Informed unit was move in ready when in fact it was not no where near move in ready.

If I saw the apt before move in I wouldn't have got it! Too many things wrong and they won't fix!

Avoid this place

There has been no hot water in my apartment for several days called the leasing office they said they are fixing the problem but it’s taking to long we bearly get warm water. Also the lights are outdated and maintenance don’t know to replace outdated things. The leasing people in the office and management never pick up the phone or return your calls they don’t even try to solve your problem just makes it worse. Also the apartments are infested with roaches everywhere not even the pest control... can do much. I use the handicap parking I have a pass and other people who don’t have a pass use the parking and I complain and complain and they can’t do anything about it they just let other people take advantage of the situation I can’t wait until my lease is up soon can’t wait to get out of this dirty place

do not move here

this place is awful, no emergency maintenance number, maintenance requests are never fufilled, water leaked from my ceiling for over an hour. roaches and crickets infested my apartment over the summer. apartments are extremely old with lead paint and popcorn ceilings. walls are thin, i never can have peace and quiet because the neighbors are always loud outside. Windows rattle with the slightest provocation, the entire unit shakes when i simply open a door. not nearly worth the amount they’re... leasing at. Hot water has been shut off 6 or so times just these past 2 months, sometimes for days at a time. I hear people screaming all the time, cops get called pretty regularly. Do not live here. These are the worst apartments i have ever lived in. location is great, apartments are not.
