I love living here. All the staff is very friendly, the location is prime, and the pool and other amenities are amazing. They are never too crowded and are always kept very clean.

Quite apartment with cool features for pet owners
I've been living at Ari on Fourth for a while now, and overall, my experience has been positive. One of the things I appreciate the most is the solid construction—it's surprisingly soundproof, which makes a huge difference in apartment living. I rarely hear my neighbors, which adds to the comfort and privacy.
Another highlight for me is the dog wash station. It's super convenient and a great amenity for pet owners. It makes keeping my pup clean so much easier, especially after a walk around the... area.

A constant money grab
A parent’s opinion…
PROS: New build (so-so quality construction), decent proximity to U of A campus, amenities are nice, lots of U of A students.
CONS: The lease setup process is clunky, disorganized, and technologically flawed.
Every time I check in with my kid, there’s another “money grab.” Within 6 weeks of moving in, they’d already been pressured to renew for next year by the end of October to avoid a $500 rent increase.
The only way to pay rent is via an app. They provide no... “zero fee” option to pay. There was a direct bank account debit feature that was $3.95 per transaction, but they just removed that and now only have one payment option of debit/credit card and a $7.95 fee.
All in all, it has been a less than stellar experience and I certainly wish we’d selected a different apartment complex with more scruples.
