I have been living in my new home for just four months . The people here are very friendly . Yvonne is so nice and she has been very helpful . I really feel welcome here . My apartment is just right for me and the complex is well taken care of . I am glad I live here .

NICE QUIET PLACE
I just moved some weeks ago, and so far I'm enjoying this quiet place, lots of mature trees that keeps the place under shades. Near to shopping places, and next to Pantano bike park, it's just some steps from a main way but far enough to not get the street commotion. The staff is very nice as well the neighbors.

Apartments are nice inside but the management is not. They will make you regret ever choosing them. They strong-arm tenants into additional charges. Many other nice places out there. Don't make the mistake.

We are sorry that you feel you were unjustly charged but happy to hear that you enjoyed your apartment. We do make our pricing known up front for rent and options like carports or pets. When it comes to damages in the apartment at move out a lot of... times we have to estimate charges but we do revise after an invoice comes in to reflect accurate charges. If a charge is legally supported in court then we have a responsibility to charge it so that the owner has a chance to recoup on damages. Luckily, the majority of our apartments are left only with normal wear and tear damage from years of continuous residency. Our well thought out floor plans and conscientious long term residents are some of what make this community a great place to live!
