Brandy and her team have been amazing since they took over recently making nice changes and having kind souls. Concerns are taken seriously, it feels safe here and it’s in a good part of town.

I've been living in this apartment complex for nearly two and a half years and in both sides of the complex I've had very friendly neighbors. It just recently changed owners and the name changed to The Place at Spanish Trail. The usual office staff are really friendly and helpful and although the water typically gets shut off at least once a month or so (for maintenance) the maintenance staff is really polite and nice as well.

There's security that patrols at night. Makes sure that nothing too... crazy happens! They are typically pretty nice as well. Once side of the complex has more elderly people and the other is younger people, so there's a good mix!

Overall I really do enjoy this complex. The apartments and balconies are good sized if a tiny bit old. I would definitely recommend taking a tour of the place and seeing if it fits you! Read More

I've been living here close to 3 years and I love it. I've never had a problem or situation that the landlords couldn't fix. Great place to live!
