I lived in the junction in a 4x4, at first the apartment and complex seemed decent but as time went on my opinion quickly changed—the furniture in the apartments are very low end, it’s noisy as hell at night depending on where your apartment is located and there are always homeless people hanging around the complex which gets annoying. If you need to contact maintenance about anything good luck, I had a pretty serious electrical issue in my room and it took them over two weeks to finally fix it,... even if it’s more of a minor problem you’ll still need to constantly remind them you need it fixed. The property was also recently put under new management, most of the people in the office are nice enough however the manager can be a bit rude and stingy. All in all I’d say be warned if joker looking to lease at the junction, you’re better off going elsewhere where you get what you pay for like the district.

BEWARE!!
Every management company and staff was absolutely horrible. The neighborhood area that these apartments are located is filled with homeless people and a lot of crime. They claim to have security staff watching the complex and I had been there for two years and have never seen anyone patrol the complex. The internet is horrible and they do not care but advertise that they offer high speed internet. I was told that I need to contact the internet company to rectify the situation even though it was... included in the rent. The hallways and common areas are filthy and smells horrible all the time. The office staff is lazy and never willing to help. The current manager is rude, lies, and never returns phone calls. The maintenance staff is unexperienced and does terrible repair work. Beware of charges when you move out of your unit only to be explained with lies! Stay as far away from these apartments and the management personnel. You are better off paying more for a nicer place to stay.

DON'T! Find so much more for your $$$ elsewhere!
Just don't do it! Stay away from this place. Terrible management! You can get so much more for your money for the same price or less elsewhere. Lots of other nearby communities with actual luxury offerings and free parking. They have no reason to charge a ridiculous rate for the parking they just do it to rip you off! If you like obnoxious non-stop noises that keep you from sleeping every night, mouse size cockroaches, unprofessional management, your rent payments being lost with error fees put... on your credit report, and having dangerous disruptive persons loitering outside your bedroom window then this is the place for you. For real though you can find much better. The actual owners are Pierce Educational Properties in California. They have bad reviews about their various properties around the country. Online complaints from people about how they don't care about anything but taking your money! They offer promotional money or gift cards to sign a lease and then never give it to people. Some of the staff members are nice people. It's the management that is terrible and the owners Pierce Educational Properties. They have no respect for their paying customers and ignore complaints. Rent a nice house with some friends with a grateful landlord somewhere away from here!
