Well first of all, if you are not living in the third floor, you will hear everything every single world every single step, and yes you guessed it even if they have sex! Besides that managament is just beyond the worst, they never ever ever will lift a finger to do anything, the maintenance guy is a drunk guy who doesnt even know what it does, it takes them forever to just do one thing, and they are not even that cheap as people think it is, dont let it fool you it is really really the worst... place. They made me pay pet rent even though I didn’t have a pet, the front office women are useless to help you with anything besides signing a lease, they gave me the run around and I had to call the property owner several times before I got an answer, they stopped charging me pet rent but won’t refund the amount they stole from me

I love living here the units and big and spacious my kids love their room and we love that there is a laundry room in unit

Peaceful apartment complex. Clean and maintained. Rooms have plenty of space. Kitchen is small but efficient. Third floor apartments include a fireplace, which is great for winter. There is also a laundry facility and decent sized pool that is always kept clean. Staff is friendly, as well as maitenence workers. It's pet friendly and the complex provides baggies to clean up after them. Overall, I enjoy living here.
