Good location with an amazing management team

We had expected to stay in this apartment complex for only one year while we searched for a permanent home but the property manager Val and the maintenance team made our stay so pleasant that we stayed for an extra year. The neighborhood was in a great location close to downtown and felt safe enough to walk around all hours of the night. We enjoyed our stay in Tucson and are so thankful that we chose this building.

Lovely New Home

This is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in! The application process was very easy with Val being such a great representative. The move-in was really stress free. And we all know how stressful moving can be. My apartment is lovely, all brand new stainless steel appliances, walk in shower, (HUGE bathroom), and gorgeous quarts counter tops. This complex is a SMART building as it utilizes state of the art Bluetooth technology to allow authorized access and assures security to the... residents. I feel safe here! One of the best things was how easy it was to set up my internet. The wireless router is built into the wall so no cables on the floor! Signing up is super easy. Within a few minutes I was up and running. At my previous apartment I had 100 Mbps and I paid $65/mo. Here I have 500 Mbps and I pay $60/mo! My internet is flying! Makes working from home so much better. If you want Fiber, that is available too. There is a lot of good things to say about this place, how quiet it is, how everything is new, the proximity to downtown, how the trolley stop is right in front of the building. And you can't beat being right next to Seis Kitchen and La Estrella Bakery! I am recommending this place to my friends and colleagues. A great place to call HOME.

prepare for rent increase

about ready to move-in and notice that the advertised rent is now $300 more per month that will take effect if I re-sign my lease for another year! confirmed with mgmt. nope.
