Family Atmosphere Fun, Well Managed Property!

I have been living here for approximately 10 months and am only moving mainly to be closer to work central Tucson. I have a Lrg 1-Bedroom Second Floor. More positives than negatives to speak of!

POSITIVES: Family Atmosphere with many working families and kids! Front Office Staff and Maintenance Team is consistently friendly and attentive to your needs! Reasonable rental rate, was paying $539 month. Use of Credit/Debit card is convenient. Great floor plan with balcony and vaulted ceiling....
Landscaping maintenance is impeccable! Love the trees and green! After storms, maintenance would immediately be seen cleaning up debris. Policies on late payments are reasonable so as long as you pay late fees. Attentiveness by Maintenance Crew is superb as they replaced my AC at the start of Summer and Office Staff allowed me to stay in cool model unit for a few days to avoid the heat. Office is always having clubhouse socials & fun raffles especially during holidays such as Christmas and Valentines Day. Free movie rental by office is great, just watch out for $5 day late fee(s). Late night Security Patrol was always reassuring and friendly as I never had any problems with theft or vandalism with my car or apartment. Neighbors are generally friendly, quiet and stay to themselves unless you start conversation.

NEGATIVES: Lack of covered/available lighted parking, many big/wide trucks to deal with when parking (my vehicle was dinged a few times), need to create special evening time for adult use of pool due to number of kids in pool all day, pool closes at 10pm each day, only one laundry facility which was far from my apartment, lack of general vending for snacks/sodas/filtered water, whirlpool/jacuzzi jets were always non-functional, need to increase availability of clubhouse/gym after closing at 5:30PM. Increase time for tenants to take advantage of any incentives to renewal lease (I had only 3 days to decide) and would have renewed if given more time.
