My roommates and I have been viewing several apartments all throughout east county and this was by far the worst experience. The leasing staff appears to pride themselves on their level of ignorance and unprofessionalism. Everyone you talk to gives you a different range of pricing, in regards to units as well as amenities and utilities. When you point out their contradictions, they are quick to laugh and shrug it off. Do not expect to get a solid answer from anyone, regarding anything. They do... their very best to apply pressure sales tactics. However, anyone with half a brain can see right through the charade. To anyone looking for a place to call home, I strongly recommend looking anywhere else.

uniformed "leasing agents" and very poor management
Property management tries their best to not answer any questions and make themselves unavailable for viewing. Leasing agents have absolutely no clue what they are talking about, or how to show you around. They hide/lie about their information and numbers. When corrected about information given, they contradict what they have previously said. They didn't answer ANY of our questions with solid answers (they were all estimated, or they literally didn't know). I HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere;... we have already found three other places that are way more affordable prices, with way better amenities, and they haven't lied to us about anything. If you want to talk to sleazy sales people and sign onto a BS lease, this is the place for you. Otherwise, I recommend looking anywhere else. The unit we viewed wasn't even the one they had available(tenant was still moving out), and it was tragic. I can't imagine what their available unit will look like, and neither could they :/ No known move-in date, even though it's posted online on multiple forums. The "leasing agents" kept changing the date in the 45 minute span we were there. They also "didn't know" it was even posted online. Erica and Nyla need to find other jobs because this is not the one for them.

I don't recommend
I recently moved and I would not recommend anyone move here. The true cost of utilities in this area is $400-$600 even with conservative usage, so don't let them tell you $100-$200. The area is in a wildfire zone, so consider that. Their units are poorly insulated, super thin windows that you can see right to the outside of the window framing and missing insulation strips around the front and side doors. Also, this place has a horrible roach problem. I tried to get them to call an exterminator... at least 4 times to deal with the issue and finally they sent over a maintenance worker with a bottle of raid. I complained, they delayed delayed so I had to call my own exterminator and pay out of pocket. The apartments are really out dated for the money. you'll get carpet that goes all the way to the front door without a landing. Be prepared to pay out of pocket for repairs and realize roaches already live there when you move in. Pros: You can purchase a garage if yours doesn't come with one. Also an assigned parking spot with no additional charge. Beautiful area if you love hiking and trails. I still would not recommend this area. Good luck!

Awful appliances unfortunately
The apartment is nice, but be sure to deal with broken appliances. The lady in management is a joke that hides from tenants all day. Christmas decorations stay up in the management office until late April which should tell you how long it’ll take for anything to get fixed. Seriously, everything breaks and leak here!

Great Apartments, Horrible Management
Things will break and you will be stuck for weeks not being able to use parts of your house. You’ll get someone nice to help you when you’re first moving in, but you’ll get some crappy person when something breaks.
