Probably would have given zero . Very poorly maintained apartment and rude manager , she is very unprofessional . She doesn’t know any rules or policies . We came there to apply for an available unit but she rejected our application saying that my wife doesn’t have ssn. I tired to explain her that she is unemployed and dependent and ssn will not be applicable for her but her brain doesn’t understand . She keeps on arguing saying that their policy does t allow it . Ridiculous!! She needs to learn... basic manners and get educated of how to run an apartment as she knows nothing. Good that we got disqualified or else we would have regretted after moving into the apartment.

Great property, Very Peaceful, Quiet, and Spacious
Have lived here less than one year and it’s perfect. Underground parking, Central Air Conditioning and Heating. Patio area is also roomy as well. Both bedrooms are big especially the master and nice big closet and closet spaces. Brand new cabinets, granite counters, flooring, windows, pretty much everything. The manager is always on top of repairs and everything else you would need. She was and still is very helpful with any problems or questions that we have. Couldn’t have moved into any better... apartments.

Basic & Cheaper but managed by monsters
The bedrooms are large but everything else is very small and cramped (particularly the kitchen). The fairly new young female on site manager is horrendous - she has a nasty attitude and is completely unhelpful and unqualified for the job...her constant notices she posts up need to be spell- and grammar-checked and she needs to be put through customer service training. The pool is never open with no explanation as to why or when it will re-open. The dumpsters are poorly maintained and there’s... constantly garbage all over the area where they’re located which is sad. The place is very plain and boring as there’s a huge courtyard with no greenery or anything around. The locks for both the garage and the glass door to enter the complex from the street are constantly breaking and jamming so I frequently have to try getting in on the other side of the complex. It’s nice that there is a parking garage because otherwise there is no place for anyone to park on the street. The whole street is filled with apartments that are filled with too many people with too many cars so it’s crowded. These apartments seem to be the cheapest and best value for being a 2 bed 2 bath which is why there are so many people and why I put up with an otherwise poor complex that is managed and owned by entities that seem to really not care or respect the tenants who are overpaying them.
