This is the first time I've felt the management of a community actually takes care of us residents. From the events they have to just improving the community with repair of all the street lights. It's nice to see the area reinvested into to make our living experience better.

There is a communication problem and it is hard to get ahold of management regarding certain things during the move in process. They take a long time to respond but the staff is pleasent otherwise.

I have lived here a long time. I am content living here. The Arbors staff are wonderful. They always follow up when I need their help. MAINTENANCE are very knowledgeable about repairs and makes sure they clean up. I’m just happy to live here.
