Very thin walls, loud buzzing from electrical things, odd smells from the old plumbing and they took away the pool privacy screen that also kept the pool cleaner from parking lot debris. Make sure you watch out for the rodents in the walls too. Find a phone app to repel rodents. Helped a lot there.

Great Location!
I love living here! It is so affordable and it's across the street from a lovely park. It has a clean and well maintained swimming pool. The residents seem friendly and it is very quiet for a 40 unit complex. I am very happy here!

Noisy, Lazy, Not Worth the Great Location
If you're willing to put up with an apartment manager who couldn't care less about you, iffy parking (definitely not guaranteed), and EXTRA thin walls that allow you to hear ALL of your neighbors at the same time, then this is the place for you. Super convenient location near downtown Burbank, but I'd rather cut off my own foot than stay here any longer. YOU CAN DEFINITELY FIND SOMETHING BETTER!
