The home is located in a suburb of north-east Carlsbad, less than 3 miles from the beach. Located on a quiet cup-de-sac street with only 12 homes, there is little noise to disturb you. The neighborhood is upscale, and the neighbors are mostly older singles and middle aged families.

The house is located within walking distance to the grocery stores, 12 plex movie theater, 24-hour fitness, many restaurants and coffee shops. Each is less than one mile way, about a 10 minute walk.

When you arrive, I will give you the guest package which will tell you everything you need to know about the property, such as passwords, key codes, access to laundry area. It covers many topics, and a copy can be emailed to you in advance.

I will require that you to fill out an information sheet along with a copy of your drivers license when you arrive. We both will also sign a month (or more) standard California lease agreement since your stay will be more than 31 days.

Please be aware, that I will not accept smokers, couples, or cats.
