We have implemented stringent policies to safeguard residents with severe allergies to perfumes, strong cooking odors that linger in the air, smoke, incense, pet dander, essential oils, scented candles, air fresheners, certain cleaning products, and fabrics.
Our esteemed corporate guests are carefully placed to reside peacefully at Palomares Canyon Estate, with strict adherence to these policies. Ensuring their health and safety is our top priority.
If these policies are violated and odors that contaminate fabrics and furnishings persist after the guest’s departure, requiring professional removal, the cost of such services, including the use of ozonators and comprehensive cleaning of all fabrics and items in the unit, will be borne by the renter.
