1. Poorly insulated so there no peace and quiet in your own home.
2. 95% of the residents have dogs and they neglect to clean up after them.
3. There are multiple "annual inspections" throughout the year and you're not given the option to deny permission for maintenance to enter if you're not at home. Notices are taped on your door just a couple days prior to these "inspections" so if you're out of town, there is no way of knowing strangers are accessing your home... (unless you have a ring camera). Highly recommend installing cameras in the home to monitor your personal belongings for this reason.

We have been here for almost 2 months and so far everything has been great! The office staff are really nice and very helpful. The Maintenance staff is really great as well. I love how clean the property is as well. Unlike some other properties we have lived in, this property is quite. So far we have loved it here!
