So far the best rental experience I’ve had! Violet, the property manager, is on top of everything. The rental application process was fast and easy. I was only there for 7 months due to change in military orders but I had a very awesome experience. Management is superb! Maintenance also has a quick turnaround. One time, my microwave stopped working all of a sudden and it was fixed within 24hrs. Apartment complex is gated so it’s safe. It’s a quiet and peaceful community. I’ve recommended this... apartment to my co-workers!

Great property
I have been here for 2 years. I came to visit because of the price and the fact that it is a gated complex and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and quietness. I decided to move here after seeing the view of downtown from my building. It is very well managed and highly recommended.

Best apartment ever and staff ever!
I lived here for about a year and my experience was perfect. Violet, the apartment manager was so nice and really cares about her residents. She goes above and beyond to make sure the needs of her residents are met. The balcony of the apartments are huge and even has a nice storage room for all of your extra stuff. I loved the time I was there and I do recommend these apartments. Thank you!
