Hello, Thank you for your feedback about Greenback Ridge. We are sorry that there have been transients getting into the trash on the property. Our team makes sure to promptly eject all unauthorized persons from the property while we are working. If... you live here, you have most likely seen me or our maintenance technician escorting transients off of the property. Additionally, we have contracted with a courtesy patrol company to help patrol the area while the office is closed.
