The maintenance and care of the apartments has really declined under the new ownership despite asking rent price doubling. Grass dying & the care of the facility isn’t there. It use to be a calm place to live and rarely any issues but new ownership places a new change of terms letter every month. They find new ways to increase utilities. Before You were allowed to live and it felt like a home but not anymore. New owners have really changed this place and not in a good way.
