Great place to stay

I used to live here and I loved it! The townhouse was everything and the manager was so nice! They used to be the maintenance person a long time ago and is the manager now. They let me know what I had to do to get my deposit back when I was moving out and they gave me back my deposit when I moved out. I highly recommend this place! Management is busy so you have to be patient with their schedule.

leasing Manager does not answer the phone

My partner and I were looking at these condos and wanted to schedule a time to see them. I called 2 weeks straight during the time the office was suppose to be “open”. I called about 3-5 times a day and I would get no answer. Sometimes my call would even get transferred to maintenance, however they couldn’t help me with leasing. I showed up to the condos since I wasn’t getting a response and one of the tenants told me that it’s almost impossible to get a hold of the leasing manager. She said... that he lives right above the leasing office and is always upstairs and never in the office during working hours. We went to the leasing office on a Monday @2pm and the leasing office was closed however the lights were on and there were kid toys and clothes all over the ground, looked like a daycare. The tenant told me that he should be in there since his car was parked right in front of the office. We waited for about an hour and still nothing. This agency needs to do something about their leasing manager never being around and giving them a horrible reputation. Glad that we looked else where and found a place where management is actually attentive. Now looking back, it would have been awful putting up with a leasing manager who you can never get a hold of.
