I would avoid renting an apartment here. While the apartment is in a nice area, the behavior by Management makes living here not desirable. First and foremost, they will not return your entire security deposit no matter how clean you keep the place. Instead they will say that you have to pay a $200 "carpet cleaning fee". To take advantage of tenants and former tenants who may be living month to month is reprehensible. Also, they will take a long time returning your security deposit.
Second,... they will take a while in responding to maintenance requests.
Overall, the management leaves a lot to be desired.
