No one showed up for appointment to view the apartment
I currently live in Orange County and on Friday, tried to schedule an appointment for Monday morning. The site manager (or whomever I spoke with) insisted that 11am was a better time for her. I agreed to take a day off work to visit the property and she sent me a text message confirming my 11am appointment for Monday. At 10: 54 am on Monday I texted her to let her know I arrived. I then called and left a voicemail at 11:02 am. I waited around until 11:15 am and never heard back. It's now... Wednesday and I still have never heard back from this property, so I am surprised to see that the unit is still available. Although disappointed I took a day off work to spend more than three hours driving round trip for an appointment who never showed, I am very relieved to be discovering this poor management before signing a lease rather than after.
