No recomendaría a alguien venir a vivir en estos departamentos ahora hay muchas fallas el mantenimiento de las instalaciones es deplorable está sucio no lavan las alfombras de los pasillos la basura muchas veces está regada en el piso porque NO la recolectan, hay RATAS corriendo entre las paredes a toda hora, si se reporta alguna anomalía dentro del departamento hay que esperar mucho tiempo para que la reparen o hay veces que no tienen las parte dañada y toma semanas para que quede reparado el... problema.

South Palm is a nice environment. I enjoy living in the apartment the fact that I am able to have my pet in the apartment and not all places allowed pets.

If no improvement on the units just make the rent/garage parking more affordable or make a program for long time renters. I see alot done outside but zero inside.
