My husband and I moved to Sequoia Grove apartments in 2019 when work moved us to the east bay and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about this complex. Not only is rent very reasonable for a 2b/b apartment, but you couldn’t find a better location. Sequoia Grove apartments are walking distance to downtown and a literal skip away from the restaurants and businesses of the Livery. More importantly, the neighbors of this complex are the kindest people. The pandemic brought unique... circumstances for all, but the friendliness and way this neighborhood became closer during that time kept me sane! Luis is the property manager who lives on site, which means he’s present and gets things done quick. He is a manager that brings things to your attention when necessary but mostly wants the complex to run as smoothly as possible. Everyone from Luis, the landscaping crew and the mailman are awesome. My husband and I recently moved into a home and I have to say, I truly miss our neighbors.
