The complex is a 10-minute bike... ride from campus and conveniently located close to the D, P, Q, and K lines.
Our 2-story townhouses include a fully equipped kitchen, 1.5-2 full bathrooms, a sunroom, a fireplace, and spacious living and dining areas. Amenities include on-site laundry, a large open parking lot (parking passes are free of charge) and a pool and hot tub. We pay for water, sewage and garbage; residents only pay for PG&E and internet. We also provide and pay for weekly pest control and weekly landscaping for common areas. The bedrooms are spacious enough to be occupied as singles or doubles.
We are able to conduct the entire leasing process remotely for your safety. Applications and leases can be filed and signed over e-mail. We are even covering the application fee for you! We also have a 3D virtual tour of the space available to view by request.
Pets are welcome, although dogs require manager approval to ensure that the complex remains quiet and peaceful.

Only housed here since all others were taken. For the rent price(and only increasing), it is not worth the money for the amenities that are provided. Laundry/drying machine takes quarters only and does not fit too much and not even in your own apartment. No studying lounge/printer. Plus it’s pretty obvious that the housing isn’t its “best condition” even thought manager claims it’s been remodeled for you

Nice apartment, no pet restrictions
We like our 2br, 1.5 bath very much. The area is quiet, the apartment is comfortable, and we don't have to pay pet rent for our very well-behaved cats and dog! The only down side is the high-strung apartment manager, who is best contacted through email.
