They are rude and disrespectful also the apartment has a lot of spiders and mice. It’s a well known problem

Good apartment with really great management!
Though it is on the pricier side, these apartments are great!
1. It is very close to campus. If you're a student, you can take the bike path to campus which takes around 5 mins.
2. Management is great! They get to repair requests really quickly. They also have free nachos once a week and free candy all the time. They're really friendly people.
3. There's a study lounge with free printing and free access to computers and also a workout area. They are expanding the area this summer! The pool is... also maintained very well!
4. Close to food! There's a In-n-out on the same block, a 2 min walk away. Also very close to Safeway and Teabo and Rite Aid.

People in the office are always happy to help. The apartment are really nice and they are really close to downtown and school.
