This is literally the worst place to live. I am a pretty reasonable person but the management in this place has surprised me in the worst ways possible. My main problem aside from the constant noise from neighbors due to the absence of sound insulation is the ridiculous number of times there is construction work happening. Usually because of some leak due to old pipes or due to faulty repairs. To top it off you either get no notifications or if you do, management advises you the day of or only... hours in advance. We have lost track of the number of times we have been inconvenienced by repairs that require us to make adjustments on our daily routine. All to accommodate last-minute notices and overall lack of professionalism. What is truly enraging is that it keeps happening due to the lack of accountability. Verbal apologies are meaningless for residents and this community when management continues repeating the same mistakes continuously. I could provide a long list of complaints but my main point is, if you can avoid it do not choose this place to live. And to Casa del Río Seco, DO BETTER.

Needs Improvement
Being a resident for a couple years now, you'd think the experience would be better. This is not the case, these apartments are recently being a place known for theft, having the water constantly shut off, rising rent rates, and mixed feelings with the management (Moss & Company). For the amount of money we are paying, you would think we'd have a better experience. Seems I have yet to see this place truly thrive like it could be.

Horrible place to live after Moss & Company took over
My family and I have been living here for years and never had any problems until the new management took over. Water is shut off about every other week, maintenance requests are never fulfilled, cockroaches everywhere because they refuse to fumigate like the previous management used to. The manager, who lives on site, is never available to do her job during her supposed office hours and doesn't reply to emails or messages you send her. The apartments are currently under construction and... renovations, which you will be paying for with the ludicrous rents they charge now, tenants are now subjected to constant noise and other inconveniences such as cars getting paint on them and machinery blocking the driveways with no one around to move them.

Not worth it
One bedroom Apartments are very small compared to the monthly rate, you have to pay 100% of utilities, trash, water, sewer, gas electricity, on top of that a trash billing fee!!! Plus you are obligated to get a renters liability insurance!!!!! So you are looking $160-$200 just on utilities besides your monthly rent!! They are way better apartments you can rent with this money compared to this place! I never had any problem with bugs I have to give this place a credit for it. There always... turning water off one or two days per week. Manager is barely in the building when you need it. Construction workers always parking on tenants parking spots since te visitors parking is two small only 6-8 spots.

New Manager is Great
The new manager Pamela is great. We were going to start looking at other buildings a few months ago, but when the new management company came on board and started making Improvements we were delighted and decided to stay. Thanks Pamela for all your help.
