I am a resident over 1 year. I am great full to Ofelia and husband who are the property managers of building. This team is dynamic, humble and with the of Jesus Christ. I am by far thankful to be a resident of theirs. Their genuine commitment and integrity is truly displayed by their actions and visual display of the building. They are fair across the board to all. The Laundry facility is always in service and clean. They gym is updated, clean, the recreational room, pool table /ping pong table... are clean. ALL OF THE LOCATIONS HAVE CAMERAS AND KEPT SAFE! I completely have a piece of mind when I leave to office knowing they always have their eyes on the building. All notices and updates are posted and handed out as required. All landscaping is kept green and updates to building are bright. I am honored and proud to live here.

Current Resident - over a year
I have the privilege and honor to genuinely mention the current property manager’s handle the property with complete professionalism and integrity. Ofelia and her husband not only follow the rules across the board for all tenants but also worry about everyones safety. The building had cameras and it is monitored daily. The parking is lighted and secured. The laundry room is clean, with cameras and all machines are operational including credit card machine. The pool table/ entertainment room is... monitored as well as mail main entry. I have lived here over a year. We get courtesy notices and it doesn’t mean we will not have water. Like any other tenant we must be notified in advance. The building is well kept up to par and over exceeding it’s appearance expectations. The landscaping is kept green, the lights are bright and shiny. Barbecue grills are clean and always available. The office continuously has notifications wirh updates. Holiday decorations are beautiful and very cheerful. The Christmas ?? decorations stood out this December and made our building shine like a Diamond ?? in the sky. We are truly blessed to have this pair of teammates as Ofelia and her husband. They are humble, noble and think of others well being and their proper procedures.
Iam blessed to be in such safe and organized building. Thank you ?? for all your dedication and hard work you genuinely put in daily. May Jesus Christ continue to walk your path and guide you. ????????????

If you don’t need water, live here!
I currently live here and our water is constantly turned off ALL DAY. At least 1-2x a month, sometimes more. The other day there was no hot water for two days in a row. So no showering before work, as it’s been freezing. When you do have water It’s either titanic cold or boiling hot. I have lived in 8 other apartment complexes in LA and have not ONCE experienced this issue. Not once. Besides the water issue, the walls are SOOOO thin. You can hear everything. The only pro is the fact it’s gated... and clean enough. Rules are very strict here. Good and bad. Bottom line, they raised rent and it’s too expensive for the very little you get.

Chill place to live in
I've lived here for 10 years now and Woodbriar has always been a very chill, clean place close to all the convenient stores off Florence Ave. It is close to many schools and in a good neighbor hood. The managers are very welcoming and keep the amenities updated and clean. They are pretty responsive when it comes to fixing any problems in the apartments. The only downside is parking is pretty bad unless you have a garage key, they offer two garage keys per household which is convenient. There is... a rec room which is a nice, clean place to hold parties and such. There is also a remolded gym and laundry room. Overall, my family and I have had a good time living here.

Amenities in this building are misrepresented! THESE ARE NOT LUXURY APARTMENTS!!! as advertised.
The building has no Sauna at all as advertised. The Jacuzzi temperature is never on, so it's used as a kiddie pool instead of a Jacuzzi as the amenity that is advertised. The BBQ area has no tables or shades or any space where to eat the food BBQed, it is a confined space of 5 by 5 only the standing person grilling fits. Only 2 visitors per apartment are permitted in the common areas, If your guests are a couple with a child the manager will approach you during your visit and ask you to ask... them to leave. Residents with long hair are enforced to use a BATHING CAP before entering and during in the pool and/or Jacuzzi. The Manager changes the pool hours as she pleases without notice, deviating from the pool hours posted on signs. NO POOL PARTIES ARE ALLOWED a gathering of 4 residents is considered a party by the manager and will result on violation of your rental agreement. The REC ROOM AC is never on unless a non-refundable fee of over $100 dollars is pay followed of a reservation. But yet the manager allows non-residents like the mail person use our Rec Room as a Break-room, so it's not being used as a residents Rec-Room as advertised. For the last year the water in the entire complex gets shut off for repairs repeatedly at least once every other week. The laundry room doesn't get clean up on a daily basis, finding different wet items like napkins, gum, candy, crayolas, etc from other residents inside the washers.
