This apartment is thisgusting. I don't suggest this apartment to anybody. The worst thing about this complex is Management. You can't find her when you need, and she charge for service you didn't receive.

We apologize if you’ve had difficulty reaching our team. While the office may occasionally be closed for property walks or meetings, a sign is always... posted on the door with a return time and emergency contact information. Regarding charges upon move-out, our system automatically processes final utility bills and assesses charges for any damages beyond normal wear and tear as part of the standard move-out procedure.

Safe apartments
Safe neighborhood, nice people, manager lives in apts, complaints taken seriously by manager for requested change, washer and dryer inside, smoke free community. Dogs welcomed with added fees. Water, trash, pest control, solar panels additional. No guest parking at all. Some Apts are small and no closets
