Each unit gets a parking spot and the rest of the spaces are labeled “visitor”. The visitor spaces are usually occupied by random vehicles for months at a time. The laundry room is dirty and all of the dryers have not worked in months, there was one that worked but broke. There is usually trash throughout the parking lot and front lawn, I don’t know if the trash truck is leaving it behind or if people around here are just into littering. The units are spacious and the neighbors are relatively... quiet. To contact management for anything other than maintenance you have to physically go to their office or they will ignore you.
