I am very happy with all of the maintenance staff and the office staff. Everyone is so helpful and nice!

I love the community and staff onsite, however I don’t think that there is turn around on repairs for amenities. I have been here for almost 3 years and the same machines have been broken. There has never been an eagerness to fix it. I also dislike the switch of the black dog bags to green bags. Makes the community more smelly and bags are cheap quality to which I notice more neighbors are not picking up their dogs leftovers.
