The gates are never locked, the gate to the parking lot has been broken for almost 6 months; the manager constantly threatens to close down the laundry facility, of which only half the machines work (if you’re lucky); we have assigned parking, but the numbers disappeared off the spaces a few years ago, along with the lines; if you complain, they may fix things but only halfway; there have not been dishwashers in the apartments I have lived in here. Rent has steadily increased while maintenance... and care has steadily decreased
