I don’t even know where to start! The apartment was dirty when I moved in. The water is shut off every week. The laundry room is always dirty plus when washing your clothes they don’t smell clean. There has been cars broken into and also stolen. Homeless people are also coming to the property and staying in the elevator and the laundry room. The elevator smells like pee all the time. They have more people on section 8 than anything. If you have a lot of things plugged in the power goes out. The... utilities that they charge don’t add up to what you have to pay in rent. There’s dog poop everywhere. They lie about the size of the units. There is mold and roaches! Stay away! You get what you pay for!

TRAUMATIZING
Thank god I was month to month. This place is roach infested. The first few months of living here I had no idea of the infestation. The moment I saw one I freaked out and started to see them almost everyday… I threw out all of my furniture and deep cleaned all of my clothes before moving out. This place is absolutely NASTY and don’t know how they’re still operating. On top of that the neighborhood is very sketchy!! Not recommended. Hustle and make yourself a better place to live don’t cheap out... on your living conditions. Your environment MATTERS!

MOST TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE
I have no words to describe how bad my experience was here. Roach infested, super dirty and very leasing managers although somewhat helpful will not be upfront about what is wrong with the complex. Please dont do it. I signed the lease and moved out within 5 days of being there, it was that bad. Now I have unfortunately brought some of the roaches that got on my clothes and things and im trying to recover from this traumatic experience… hope this helps. Also studio does not look like the picture... .
