What we are looking for in a tenant:
*All applicants must fill out application, pay for credit/background checks ($60), provide references and 3 month proof of income.
*Single Occupant due to restrictions in parking space (1 Car Only)
*Respect others, property rules.
*Indoor cats OK
*Honest, considerate, Quiet, Respectful, Reliable and Pays rent on time
*No Drugs (including not 420 friendly). Not a partier.

This may seem like a lot but We would like to keep from wasting each other's time. We understand people are different and our home may not be the best fit for everyone.
