This by far is the best place to call home in Escondido. The complex has a lot of great amenities that others don’t have.. The staff is great always very attentive to your needs.

Thoroughly enjoy living in the Alcove apartments, gives a sense of being completely at home yet in a idyllic resort while couched at the heart of Escondido. The staff are warm, professional and always there to help. The facilities are excellent and high quality. Can't recommend this place enough!

My partner and I were on a time crunch looking for something in the area. Tina, in the office, was so accommodating, helped us get moved into our new unit so quickly. She really pulled through and made the process seamless. During our walk through I noticed there was an issue with our washer completing a load. I called the front and Javier from maintenance came within the hour to troubleshoot and it was fixed by the time I got back from running errands. Overall, the staff is amazing. Parking can... be difficult to come by but that seems to be common everywhere out here. We’ve been here for one month and are loving it so far ??
