I feel very safe in this environment. Tenants are friendly and the students are delightful and so polite. Parcels can be left at your door and not taken by anyone. Maintenance is very fast to respond and fix the problem quickly. Good communication from management about what is going on in the community.

Staff is amazing and helpful. Maintenance team is quick to address issues. We see less than 10 bugs in our apartment per year!
