Having lived here 4 years so far, we can attest to the superb management here. They are kind and respond quickly when repairs are needed. Neighbors are great. It’s a good place to live. The floor designs are such that they feel bigger than they are. The kids play together, the trees are pretty, and it’s a great location in esco for hopping on the freeway.

Jenna is rude
I have called in several times in the past few weeks every time I get a text notification that a new unit is available to follow up. Each time I call on the apartments.com phone number listed which is recorded no one picks up. When I call their regular office number Jenna picks up and as soon as I say I am interested in a tour she stated that the unit has already been rented and rushes me off the phone. I asked if I could be put on a waiting list to call back as soon as another opens up and she... tells me sorry they cant do that, but to sign up for their alerts which I have. Apparently, shes not interested in showing anything which makes me feel sketch about how the apartments actually are, she just wants to you to fill out an app and send the deposit for a unit you have never seen before. They need to get rid of Jenna as she is rude, and always has an attitude over then phone when all youre doing is inquiring about their apartments. I'm not sure if shes in it for the free rent but if she doesnt like her job she should find a new career instead of being rude to friendly to future/possibly future residents.

New Management, So far so good
I moved into phase 1 at the end of April 2016. I wanted to give an update on the new management.
Previous manager seems like a nightmare. A new gentleman has taken over, and so far, he seems ok! Initially I was given some misinformation from the previous manager prior to moving in, and while I'm bummed about being locked into a 1 bedroom for now, my other maintenence requests have been handled promptly (usually within the same day), and Justin has been understanding of my frustrations. I've... noticed lots of fire alarm/extinguisher/carbon monoxide alarm tests happening lately, so it seems like he is really trying to catch everything up.
Parking here does suck. 1 bedrooms come with no parking spot. while 2 bedrooms come with two. You can pay an additional fee to rent a garage, but you will have to provide locustomers. Otherwise, you can park on the street, which I would not recommend on weekends. Within the first week I moved in, my car was broken into. After asking around, it doesn't seem totally uncommon.
Tried out the pool today, and it was quite nice! I also love living so close to everything. Easy access to the I-15 and 78, super close to Vons and Starbucks. I've noticed lots of families here. People are really nice!
Overall, I'm liking my new apartment! Some things could be improved (baseboards, some older appliances), but it's getting better with each maintainece request.

Run Away screaming from this place
My wife and I moved out of here in Dec. 2015 after living there for a year. We needed to move because we were in a one bedroom and had our first child while living here, so we needed more space. When we found a new place we wanted to rent we filled out all the necessary paperwork, and gave them a deposit to hold the place. We were told we would here back once everything had cleared. After about a week and a half of waiting we called to see why we hadn't heard back yet. We were told that... everything looked great and checked out, and that the only thing they were waiting on was for Reidy Creek to return the verification of residency/rent form. So we waited a few more days and didn't hear back again, so again we called. This time the lady told us that she had called Reidy Creek to ask for them to return it and this time they told her that their fax machine wasn't working, so could they email them the form. So she emailed the form to them and still hadn't heard back, she told us she would call them again and ask. The next day we called a third time and this time she told us that Reidy Creek had finally returned the form, but all they did was scribble "30-day notice not received" across the entire page and returned it unfilled. As you can imagine, this outraged us, it is none of Reidy Creek's business if/why we have not yet given our 30-day notice, perhaps we were going to rent to places simultaneously. The real reason is that we were waiting to ensure we got approved for the new home before we gave our 30-day final notice to our current landlord. Did Reidy Creek management bother calling and asking us why we hand't given our notice yet, giving us a chance to explain it? No, instead they just took the childish route of scribbling it across the page and returning it. Why, even ask for them to resend it by email if you knew that's all you were going to do, why not just tell the lady that you will not fill it out until you have received a 30-day notice? The lady at our prospective new location told us that in 10 years of working there, she had never once had another landlord refuse to fill out the form or act that way. No, you can only find that kind of class at Reidy Creek, I don't know for sure who in the office did it, but if I had to take bets, it was Katie. Katie is both rude and always on the defensive, I guess when you are constantly attacking people you learn to always be in the defensive.

NEVER AGAIN! Horrible management
Please make sure you google the apartment and do not only read 1 review site. There are photos that reveal life at Reidy Creek from a resident’s perspective. I could write a novel about how terrible our experience was with the management, In particular the manager Katie. The review does not allow for a lot of detail so here are bullet points. - Break ins of cars - Sirens blaring at all times of the night/day - Management says they will be of service but never follow through - Roommate and I... were accused of housing a dog, it was not until we involved the police management backed down. There was no dog - Police visit the complex regularly to arrest or answer 911 calls. - Old and out dated appliances. Fridge was too big we could not open the dishwasher. Poor design - Parking is a nightmare for residents and guests
