Having satisfied all move-out fees, Woodmont still filed a derogatory remark on my credit, which declined 39 points. They still have not corrected their mistake. Don't live here.

So many issues with this building
Old building with extremely poor insulation you can hear your neighbors cough LITERALLY. Old defective washer unit leaked all over our carpet soaked for 3 days. The heater installed is super loud and makes a bad smell. The thermostat doesn’t work so if you turn it on it just keeps running no matter what temp you set it to. There is a serious parking issue. there is no guest parking at all. The adjacent street parking has a 72 hour parking rule and you get ticket after that. Very poor management.... They don’t care at all about any of your complaints about neighbors. They’re only nice when they’re trying to get you sign but after you sign the lease they show their real face. We’ve had issue with lout TV from neighbors at mid night never got resolved. Save yourself some money and rent somewhere else.

HELL ON EARTH
This place id hell on earth with non stop construction. They never stop drilling and construction, They take your rent to make you get sick. You will never know peace again after you move here. Rent here to make your life a living hell. No great amenities here either. Tranquil living is a joke. Call it HELL LIVING

Nice facilities, frustrating management
Originally, I rated this apartment community as 5 stars. Since then, the management started making demands that were not written in our leasing agreement and I am changing my rating.
The units do not have much storage space, and the closet is extremely small. As a result, I’ve had to store some items and boxes on my patio. This was an issue to management, because they think it looks bad to potential residents. While I understand their concerns, I feel singled out due to the location of my... apartment. Second floor residents are not required to adhere to these stipulations, neither are residents in units not in the path of the walking tours. It’s evident that other residents are storing anything they want on the patios and balconies, but I cannot due to the location of my unit. This was never written in the rental agreement, and therefore I don’t believe these stipulations are fair. Had I been made aware beforehand, I would have selected another unit.

Pleasent to live next to a water view. Management is very professional really feels like home.
