I have lived in many apartment communities over the years, and Brookside Villas is by far my favorite. Management and staff are friendly and responsive, the community is kept clean and well maintained, there are community events and there are many amenities. Not to mention they're owned by Granville, so you can support a local business by living here. If you are looking for a great place to live, Brookside Villas is for you!

Love the location and low PG&E bills
I was shocked at our first few PG&E bills. We only been here for close to 3 months and all the bills stayed under $80. The appliances are energy efficient. Several times during the week, we left the ac on all night and the bill didn't budge at all. I love to run and workout and the running routes in either direction you go is very scenic. The location is perfect

Love my place!
I love this apartment community. So close to everything within walking distance super convenient. And they love my fur babies hair and even have a pet washing station, a bark Park and tons of polystation so no matter where my little love bug goes we're always able to pick it up. Great Clubhouse almost like a little cafe and everybody is so super welcoming and warm

Great Northeast Fresno location
This property is located in a great Northeast Fresno area. My children attend the nearby Clovis Unified schools and their schools are walking distance from Brookside. The property accepts pets, which is awesome as I have a German Shepard, and he loves the pet park, dog washing area and the apartments are gorgeous!!!
