Horrible Management

Honestly, the community isn't too bad and it can be quite peaceful most of the time. The location is very conveniently located with easy freeways access. However, management is horrible and will pester you for unreasonable complaints. No pets, except there are cats and dogs everywhere. Parking is horrible, if you have multiple cars or any visitors, it will be a nightmare. There is no way to pay rent without additional charges, surcharges for e-checks and credit cards through their portal. There... are random rules that aren't communicated ahead of time or on the lease and the office people are nosy and monitor everyone's business, so forget any kind of privacy. Seriously, pay a bit more rent and live somewhere else for your peace of mind. It really isn't worth it.

Hilariously bad management!

The reviews about maintenance starting work at 7am is true. Today they started construction on the parking lot at 7am making tons of noise. There were drills and a backhoe brought in blocking people from getting out of the parking lot to go to work/school. The management of this place is so bad that it's hilarious!

DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU WAKEUP PAST 8AM

If you wake up past 8AM, do NOT rent here. The maintenance people begin work extremely early almost everyday and you can hear them hammering and doing work that will wake you up 100% of the time. The people that mow the lawn come around 8AM as well. If there is a project that takes a while to complete, the workers would actually begin at 7AM but would wake you up way before that time when they are getting ready to begin their work at the legal time 7AM. It's funny to me how most of the time,... they never work after 12 noon because they are too lazy to work in the heat. Avoid this place if you wake up later in the day.

Debbie is nice in the begining, good luck after that

no cats or dogs, yet people have them. Debbie is nice at first, but very rude after and will talk to your kids for walking on the grass. you cannot walk on the grass, weird right? I've seen people come and go quicker than any apartment I have ever been in. this place is not smoke free, and people smoke in the pool area, on their patios, in the courtyard. so don't leave your windows open for fresh air if you have kids. Debbie is also very lazy and instead of telling you what you have done wrong... or whatever it may be she will send an email instead. she is also lazy enough to literally get in her car, drive to the front of the complex, park in visitor parking and then walk into her office. sad enough she also gets one of her sons to take her to the front sometimes too. the place isn't even that big either. eric the maintenance guy is always available, his wife whos name is madaya (however it's spelt) is also super nice. it really comes down to Debbie making it an unpleasant experience. she yells at people too. her kid with the short hair hates kids and is always getting into trouble. by the way the best part about this place is: close to freeway, shopping, food, Disney, Honda center, baseball stadium, block of orange, parks, and also a college. would be a 4-5 star place with better management. Maintenance however is top notch. also, clean up your mess in your apartment and you wont get ants or roaches. if you don't, that's your own fault.

YOU WILL GET NO SLEEP!

Do not move here if you enjoy sleeping. It is extremely loud from people playing Mexican music at nights and the property maintenance workers begin working early in the mornings at 7am so you would not be able to sleep early or wakeup a bit later. Just by allowing their maintenance people to start work at 7am can tell you how little they value their resident's schedule. On top of this there are cochroaches and ants in every unit I've been in. The management is rude and will not help you fix... any problems.
