1960's charm but needs a lot of improvements! Poor water pressure.
I rent a one bedroom 920 Sq. feet apartment with air conditioning unit built int the wall. The building has a pool in the center courtyard with parking below the building. The apartment has tile flooring in all rooms, so you will need to buy a carpet rug to soften the hard tile hitting your feet. The bedroom is large and roomy and has closet with french doors that open out. The bathroom is small with the sink outside in the hallway. I have a balcony facing out towards the front with a busy... street, there is a small green lawn with palm trees. Overall an okay place to live but could use some more improvements, the water pressure is very bad here, the boiler is too old to handle all 60 units so hot water can sometimes be scarce. It's in a very gentrified neighborhood with cop cars constantly blaring their sirens, especially on weekends, close to the gold line train to get to downtown L.A. or Pasadena.
