I would not recommend living here there has been a wasp problem for months and there were two dead rats in the oven and the oven dose not even work and there were roaches coming out of the sink.

Inspections multiple times a year
They will inspect your apartment multiple times a year and will kick you out over the smallest thing (living room has too many kids toys, boxes, small amount of grease in your oven, etc.). Unless you are a neat freak, this isn't the place for you.

Hope we get the apartment
My husband and I took a tour of the apartment our guide was very nice and attentive. She wanted us to know everything about the apartment and it’s ammentities. By the looks of it it seems like a very nice complex to live in. Thanks Connie!!

Never Felt More At Home
Our apartment is very cozy, just enough room for our furniture. Not a standard layout. They are currently doing a lot of modifications to our complex by adding new double pained windows to all apartments, repainting the exterior with more up to date classy colors, resurfacing the balconies, adding a Fitness Center, a new playground, and an entrance Water Fountain.
