Harold is a very nice building. The staff have been professional, friendly, and responsive. TBH the community manager has built up a great team. Despite all the chaos that's been happening in this city these guys are doing their best to create a positive living experience.

Dismissive, Incompetent management
The building is very pretty but property management is awful. Mail packages are consistently stolen while “courtesy patrol” is looking at TikTok and lounging in the lobby, and management has no interest in helping. Elevator is always dirty, trash cans are always overflowing, and there is certainly no “acoustic fortification” in the floors and ceilings. One tenant moved in on a 1 month free rent special and they retracted it on her! Another month we had 6 fire alarms. Square footages listed are... also inaccurate. It’s like pulling teeth to get anything fixed and I haven’t seen 1 curated event in over a year. Homeless encampment across the street frequently gets into the building and walks on the roof looking for things to steal. Management also makes promises on the phone that they later refuse to honor.

Don't live here! Pretty building awful quality (verified rennter)
The area is NOT safe, there is a huge homeless community right outside and the building is not secure like advertised and random people enter ANYTIME.
Do yourself a favor and don't live here, worst management I've ever seen.

best apartment
I want to say all the negative reviews about this place are completely wrong! My boyfriend and I have lived here almost a year and haven't had one problem. It's a small complex so it's very quiet and you feel you know your neighbors better! If you're considering this place DO IT. The negative reviews almost drew us away from not moving here but we are so happy we did.

An awful experience
The building doesn’t answer their phones or emails. Management doesn’t respond to maintenance requests. The doors are paper thin. Noise all day everyday from dogs and loud music with no help. Management has switched 4 times since weve lived there. Broken sink leaked for 2 months before we got help. Elevator makes a very scary noise like it’s scraping against the wall. Expect dog pee in stairwells and elevator.
Once you’ve moved in, you will not get any attention from this building except to... charge hidden fees after rent. By far the worst of 6 apartment buildings I’ve lived.
