-The application fee is $36.00 per applicant and is non-refundable.
-It is your responsibility to have all people in your party view the unit prior to applying.

Hollywood Biltmore is an awesome place. My Fiance and I have a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment and we love it. It has been remodeled, Nice granite counter tops, hardwood floors, community laundry, 1 parking space, and the best part is water, gas, and electric is included with rent price. There's a pool and the courtyard is beautiful. Walking distance from the Dolby Theatre.
