Lived here for a year. Even before covid, the manager and the front desk person quit. The second manager quit a few months later. Now they’re on their 3rd. They’ve even had turn over in property agencies.
Bikes have been stolen. Parking lot/community gates have been left open for days. Cars have been broken into.
The cleanliness has deteriorated since we first moved in. Trash and food from kids all over the floor. Dog poop not picked up. Guest parking is a nightmare

Well Maintained Grounds, New Management
Originally was going to leave only 3-4 stars, but during the last few months of my 3 years residence here, there was a lot of improvements! It is apparent that the property is dated, but grounds and apartments are well maintained, and so conveniently close to everything. Would have stayed, but had to move for work.

Poor communication with residents
I live there for more than five years, a lot of turnovers in Management and labor. Very poor communication with the residents, they will tell you they will call back and never happened, you have to call and follow up. If you’re trying to fix anything they will tell you they will put a work order and never happened unless you follow up at least five times.
