The WORST property in Inglewood

I hope this reaches as many people as possible! This place is absolutely horrible! I took a tour of this place with a guy named Darius with my boyfriend and it is DISGUSTING! During our tour I saw roaches, cigarette butts, trash and flies EVERYWHERE! The dumpster for the property is located in the parking lot right next to where the vehicles park! YUCK! Who wants to get out of their car and smell garbage!?!? There are roaches in the hallways, some dead and some alive! It is horribly kept. This... is apparently the third management company in the last 10 years and nothing gets better! It was recommended to me by a friend and I can honestly say I’m so glad my boyfriend does not want to move here. They don’t seem to care about anything other than moving you in. To top it off, during my tour, I noticed parking enforcement outside patrolling! You only get ONE vehicle per unit. So, if you’re a couple with two vehicles, be prepared to be moving one of those vehicles twice a day. You cannot park on the street overnight and during the day, you have to move your car for the gridlock.There’s homeless people sleeping outside AND next door. There’s CONSTANT police activity on this strip of Imperial and the hotel across the street is a known location for prostitution. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!

Horrible Apartment Building even with new Management!

3636 w imperial hwy, Still has poor Management with the new owners Imperial Oasis LLC located in Santa Monica California. There Tennant service is horrible over the phone if they even answer the phone! For the past 7 days they have been shutting off the buildings Water or Gas with little or no notice at all, can you imagine coming home from a 12 hour shift not being able to simply take a shower or cook! I absolutely hate this building and as soon as my lease is up I'm moving out of here, I would... not recommend this building at all, there is no PEACE here, kids don't follow the rules bikes, scooters, and handball are being done in the middle of the court LOUD! Its located on a busy street and heads up imperial hwy has several Prostitute Walking up and down the street day and night!
