This is a decent place to live, especially given the parking space. Just be prepared to hear all your next door neighbors' conversation and you can't take a hot shower if your neighbor is taking one too. Also, thanks to the stadium this place is getting overpriced with very few renovations.

Nice Neighbors
The building is kind of old but we'll maintained. My neighbors are very nice and personable. The selling point was the beautiful ?? right in front of my window.
