Can't even move around it's like a cracker jack box, come here if it's your last resort.

Somewhat like staying in a one room hotel. Its small, but you have to treat it like a suite in which it is only temporary.

This is a low income apartment. It is a small studio and has no kitchen. does have a sink and cupboards and a microwave. I came her April 1st and had been homeless prior to this. I stayed in hotels and my car due to chemical sensitivity. I moved back to Ca 4 yrs ago. This apartment would be OK if there was no smoking. I like that I am on the 3rd floor and have no noise complaints what so ever----however it is on a busy street. My utilities are included so that is good! The unit is only allowed 1... person, and a visitor only 2 nites per week. I like it for the price, but the worst thing for me would be the fact that there is smoking. Most of the time, it is not real bad; however, any amount of second hand smoke is a health hazard. Several nites a month it is awful! I have asked if there is any chance this complex will go non-smoking. I ccan drive to the ocean in about 20-30 minutes which is OK. Some day I would like to move closer to the ocean. For now this apt. is meeting my need for a good place to rest. Thanks. Read More
