Worst place I have ever lived. Extremely overpriced. office manager that doesn't know what the leases even say. They have tried to rip me off on 3 different occasions. They had my car towed for no reason and tried to make me pay a $1200 water bill that was "back due" when I was told utilities were included in rent. when it was time for my lease to end there was no one to be found. I visited the office for a week daily and no one was ever there. I finally had to reach out to their parent... company so someone would walk my apartment and terminate my lease. They charged me +$300 in move out "cleaning fees" when there was no one even at the property to clean or talk to me for a week. What a joke.

Palm spring apartments
great appartment for pet lovers and a good starter appartment. It's close to the trolley and shopping area. The buildings are old and have some issues depending on each individual apartment, the apartments have been slowly getting renovated so new available listings should all be newly renovated.
