Just moved out of the apartment after living there for a year and a half. Absolutely no complaints. Everything in the unit was brand new when I moved in, or seemed like it, down to stickers on the pantry shelves and plastic covering on the cupboard handles. The management team is friendly and professional, all notifications are posted on doors and emailed with at least 48 hours heads up. Can't attest to the maintenance team since I didn't have a single reason to call them... but in my mind that... speaks for itself. Located between a fire station and a middle school, which, at least in my mind, serve as a deterrent for crime. Central location between San Diego proper and Kearny Mesa, traffic was a nonissue commuting into the city 5-6 days a week. The apartment common areas are being renovated, but very quietly, no disturbance noted at all. Just means you watch the complex get nicer and nicer with no disruptions.
